Spelt hazelnut waffles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 70 g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g spelt, freshly ground
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and bake in batches in the waffle iron. Serve with sweet quark.
