Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 100 g margarine/butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 200 g candied lemon peel
- 200 g almond(s), chopped
- 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 125 ml milk
- Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients, then spread onto wafers and bake at approximately 160°C (320°F) using your eye. Unfortunately, I don’t have exact baking instructions! Then cover with chocolate coating.
