Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ pkt. gingerbread spice
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 100 g candied orange peel
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 point flavoring (Zitroback)
  • 200 g nuts or almonds, ground
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • wafers
  • Cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 35 small gingerbreads

Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the cinnamon, cocoa, cloves, and lemon zest. Chop the candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, and raisins in a Moulinex blender and stir in. Mix in the ground nuts or almonds, flour, and baking powder. Stir in the milk. Spread the mixture onto round wafers, about 1 cm thick. Place the gingerbread on a prepared baking sheet and bake slowly at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. Cover the cooled gingerbread with chocolate glaze.
