Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 jar of lecho
- 1 cup of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the chicken breast fillet in a baking dish. Mix the cream with the lecho and pour over the chicken breast fillet. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette. This dish is quick to make, inexpensive, and still delicious.
