Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pointed cabbage
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 700 ml vegetable stock
  • 125 g rice (long grain)
  • 1 tbsp tarragon, shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in oil in a large pot until translucent. Chop the cabbage into small pieces and add it to the onions along with the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the rice, spices, and soy sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes, until the rice is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve warm.
