Emmer Wholemeal Spelled Bread

  • 250 ml Buttermilk, warm
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 350 g Wholemeal emmer flour
  • 250 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 125 ml Warm water
