Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 400 g natural yogurt
- 600 ml orange(s), freshly squeezed
- some mint
- e.g. sugar (or honey)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Strawberry-mint-orange smoothie
Chop the mint as finely as possible and place it in the blender with the strawberries for 30 seconds. Add the yogurt and blend for about 1 minute, until everything is nice and creamy. A quick tip: If using fresh strawberries, make sure they’re chilled. Add the orange juice and blend everything again. Then everyone can decide for themselves whether to sweeten their smoothie or not. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve with straws. For an eye-catcher, you can garnish the glass with a strawberry and a mint leaf.
