Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- ¼ liter of milk
- 30 g yeast
- 125 g butter
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g raisins
- 80 g almond flakes
- 100 g powdered sugar
- lemon juice

Made from yeast batter, light and fluffy, melts in your mouth.
Make a pre-dough from flour, 100g sugar, milk, and yeast and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cream the butter with 100g sugar and egg yolk until fluffy, add the salt, raisins, and flaked almonds, and mix everything into the pre-dough. Beat the batter until fluffy. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased and floured large loaf pan, cover, and let rise for about 30 minutes. Then bake the cake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes until light brown. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze, and once cooled, drizzle over the cake.
