Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of endive lettuce
- 4 tbsp currants, mixed red and black, possibly frozen
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- salt and pepper
- cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Trim the currants or let them thaw. Dice the mozzarella. Combine the dressing ingredients and season to taste. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Serve fresh.
