Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of endive lettuce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick, easy and very tasty

First, soak the lettuce in warm water (about 5 minutes) to draw out the bitterness. Next, wash the lettuce in cold water. Cut the lettuce into very fine strips and place them in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients together and fold into the salad.
