Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sauerkraut, fresh from the fermentation pot
  • some liquid from the fermentation pot
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 70 g mung bean sprouts, freshly germinated
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • some chili flakes
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with tomatoes and sprouts

Chop the sauerkraut a little, dice the tomatoes, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. This is a quick salad.
