Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g sauerkraut, fresh from the fermentation pot
- some liquid from the fermentation pot
- 100 g tomatoes
- 70 g mung bean sprouts, freshly germinated
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- some chili flakes
- Pepper, freshly ground
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with tomatoes and sprouts
Chop the sauerkraut a little, dice the tomatoes, and mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. This is a quick salad.
