Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 salad (endive)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml condensed milk, 10%
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the lettuce and cut it into thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Whisk the oil and canned milk together vigorously, add the onion, and season with salt. I always let the sauce simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add the lettuce and season with salt again.
