Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce (endive)
- ½ kohlrabi
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- Rapeseed oil
- e.g. lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the endive into thin strips and wash. Wash, trim, and grate the kohlrabi and carrot. Segment the orange, squeeze the remaining juice, and use it to make the dressing. Place the lettuce, carrot, kohlrabi, and orange segments in a bowl and mix. Make the dressing by combining the orange juice, salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil and tossing it with the salad. Add a little lemon juice to taste.
