simple and healthy
For the peanut version, combine the peanut butter, ground oats, protein powder, and chocolate flakes in a bowl and form into small balls. Place the balls in the freezer for about an hour. For the pineapple-lime version, first chop the dates with a little water in a blender. In a bowl, combine half of the pineapple flakes with all the other ingredients, then add the date mixture. Form the mixture into small balls and then roll them in the remaining pineapple flakes. Place the finished balls in the freezer for another hour, and they’re ready to eat. The recipe is very simple and quick to make. No extra sugar is needed. Some ingredients can be swapped out to suit your taste.
