Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g oat flakes, fine , F
  • 70 g flaxseed
  • 60 g nuts, to taste
  • 90 g coconut flakes
  • 300 g peanut butter
  • 100 g honey
  • Pistachios and coconut flakes for coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for athletes, makes approx. 20 scoops, vegetarian, wholefood

Chop the nuts and flaxseed. Then mix all the ingredients together. It’s best to knead with wet hands. Then, with wet hands, form small balls and roll them in pistachios and coconut flakes. Makes about 20 balls. Store in the refrigerator. Note from Chefkoch.de: Because flaxseed contains a relatively high cadmium content, the German Federal Center for Nutrition recommends consuming no more than 20 g of flaxseed per day. Your daily intake should be adjusted accordingly.
