- 70 g flaxseed
- 60 g nuts, to taste
- 90 g coconut flakes
- 300 g peanut butter
- 100 g honey
- Pistachios and coconut flakes for coating

Chop the nuts and flaxseed. Then mix all the ingredients together. It’s best to knead with wet hands. Then, with wet hands, form small balls and roll them in pistachios and coconut flakes. Makes about 20 balls. Store in the refrigerator.
