Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour, freshly ground
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp almonds (almond butter or nut butter)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

makes about 20 balls

Mix all ingredients together and gradually add enough water to create a malleable dough. Form about 20 small balls with your hands. They taste best after letting them rest overnight.
