Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g date(s), approx. 4 pieces
- 70 g water
- lemon paste, optional
- 200 g oat flakes
- 40 g raisins
- 20 g dried fruit (e.g. cranberries, bananas, mango, etc.)
- 10 g puffed quinoa
- 15 g cornflakes
- 10 g hemp seeds
- 10 g chia seeds
- possibly cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Finely puree the dates with the water (and lemon paste, if desired). Combine the remaining ingredients in a sufficiently large bowl. Now add the date paste and mix everything together (it won’t form a dough, but you’ll see a few clusters). Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 120°C (250°F) for a total of about 30 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes to prevent burning and to ensure a nice color. Let cool and transfer to a serving dish. Per 100g, approximately 355 kcal.
