Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 1 tsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some salt
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g almond(s), sliced ​​or chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Knead everything in a food processor until you have a smooth dough. Form into 2-3cm thick rolls, chill for 1-2 hours. Cut into approximately 1cm thick slices and spread onto two baking sheets (don’t place too close together, as the dough will spread). Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C.
