Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g butter
  • 140 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg yolk, add the flour mixed with baking powder, and cocoa powder, and mix to form a firm dough. Knead the dough thoroughly and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and cut out about 30 circles. Place half of the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle the chocolate shavings in the center. Place the remaining circles on top of the chocolate-dusted circles, pressing gently along the edges to prevent the chocolate from running out during baking. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes. Note: This recipe makes about 15-20 cookies.
