Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g oat flakes, fine
  • 85 g cane sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 20 g beet syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the oats with the brown cane sugar. Melt the butter in a saucepan and pour it over the oats along with the sugar beet syrup. Mix everything thoroughly and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pressing down firmly with wet fingers. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 15-20 minutes until light brown. While still warm, cut into approximately 4 x 4 cm pieces and let cool on the baking sheet. Once cooled, store the cookies in a container, preferably in the refrigerator.
