English Dessert with Tipsy Cherries

Cottage cheese with cherries

  • 750 g Cherries Morello cherries
  • 350 ml Marsala dessert wine
  • 2 packet Cream cheese
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 350 g Cream
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 100 g Dark chocolate

Amarettini

  • 2 Pc. Protein
  • 4 cl Amaretto
  • 150 g Ground almonds
  • 150 g Sugar

Cottage cheese with cherries

  1. Soak the cherries in liqueur wine the day before. Mix the cream cheese with low-fat quark and egg, as well as sugar with a hand mixer. Cut open the vanilla pods and scrape out the pulp and add sugar and cream stiffener and stir everything again until a solid mass is formed. Put everything in the fridge until ready to serve. In the meantime, use a vegetable peeler to peel off small chocolate shavings from the dark chocolate and also chill. Drain the cherries. Finally, layer the mixture with the cherries in 5 small glass bowls and, as a finish, distribute the chocolate flakes over the mixture.

Amarettini
