Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 150 g flour
  • 125 ml lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp milk, warm
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ pack of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Delicious for breakfast

Knead all ingredients into a soft dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Roll out the dough into a 2 cm thick sheet and cut out circles using a glass. Let these rise again in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for about 15 minutes until light brown. Turn halfway through baking.
