Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 150 g ham (toast ham) or
  • 80g salami
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • ¼ bottle of ketchup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

spicy, simple and delicious

Roll up the puff pastry and spread a thin layer of salted sour cream. Then spread the ketchup on top and season with basil, oregano, and pepper (or garlic if desired). Finely slice the ham and cheese and spread on top. Then roll up and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes (preferably 15 minutes).
