a homemade creation made from dandelion flowers

To harvest dandelion blossoms, you should have a container with a capacity of 1.7 liters on hand, which can be filled to the brim. Remove the blossoms from their bracts and bring to a boil with one liter of water. Then remove from the heat and let steep for about 15 minutes. Strain and squeeze the blossoms thoroughly. Pour the dandelion water into a saucepan. Fillet a lemon, cut the segments into small pieces, and add them. Add the sugar, gel-fix, and preserving sugar; bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour into hot, rinsed jars, seal the jars, and leave the lids on for 10 minutes.
