Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups salt water
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 200 g mushrooms, small
  • 300 g vegetables of your choice (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • curry
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with delicious vegetables and minced beef

Prepare the rice in salted water as usual. Slice the leek into rings and halve the mushrooms. Brown the meat in a pan, then add the vegetables and cook until tender. Season to taste with the spices and sauces. Drain the cooked rice, stir in the ingredients, and season again to taste.
