Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 15 g balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the Thermomix

Place all ingredients (chopped broccoli, apple, and bell pepper) into the mixing bowl (5 seconds on speed 4). If you have any leftovers, simply stir in some cream cheese for a delicious spread.
