'Evil' rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of rolls (bake-up rolls)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200g salami
  • 1 can of vegetables (Mexican mix)
  • ½ bag(s) cheese, grated
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 dashes Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Chop the cooked ham and salami into small pieces. Drain the vegetables and let them drain. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix everything together. Spread the mixture onto the halved rolls and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes.
