Pizza with a different taste
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt thoroughly. Then add the quark, egg, and oil. Using a hand mixer, mix until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough again on a lightly floured surface. Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough, place it on the sheet, and press it into the corners with your hands. For the topping, mix the chili flakes and oil, adjust the heat to your desired level, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix the pizza tomatoes with a little salt, the chili flakes, and the garlic. Thinly slice the spring onions and add them. The sauce should have a spicy flavor. Cut the chicken breast crosswise into thin slices. Lightly toast the curry in a dry pan until fragrant. Turn off the heat, then add the oil and mix both ingredients into a paste. Quickly mix the chicken with the curry paste in the still-hot pan. Spread the pizza tomatoes on the dough. Arrange the apricots and chicken strips on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Finally, add the nuts and bake everything in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pizza. A fruity, crispy, and savory version.
