Party and brunch recipe, for a pizza cake with a diameter of 20 cm

For a 20 cm springform pan. Roll out the pizza dough, then place it on the bottom of the springform pan and cut out three pizza bases around it using a sharp knife. Bake the bases briefly for 5-7 minutes at 200°C, fan oven 180°C. This will prevent them from getting soggy later. Form the remaining dough into a ball and roll it out into a long rope on a floured surface using a rolling pin. Its width should be approximately the same height as the edge of the springform pan. Then line the inside of the lightly greased springform pan with it. Stack all the ingredients. Place one of the baked pizza bases on the bottom. Add a portion of pizza tomatoes and sprinkle with a little pizza seasoning. Next, arrange the salami slices on top, followed by the sliced mushrooms. Then sprinkle everything generously with grated cheese. Repeat these steps for two more layers. Finally, fold the excess dough under. This further seals the filling and gives the pizza cake a more attractive shape. Bake the pizza cake for about 30 minutes at 200°C (fan oven: 180°C).
