Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 4 onions
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 5 bananas
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 1 tsp curry
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the oil and fry the minced meat. Dice the onions and bell peppers, add them, and sauté. Deglaze with broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Slice the bananas and add them to the soup. Stir in the cream and season with the spices. Serve as a side dish: baguette.
