Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- 100 g bacon
- 300 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 750 ml broth
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 can beans, red
- chili sauce
- Crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the bacon, sauté the onions, add the minced meat, and fry. Pour in the stock, dice the tomatoes, and add them along with the beans. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes, then season with chili sauce and crème fraîche.
