Exotic Pudding Dream

The perfect exotic pudding dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 ml + 50 ml Multivitaminsaft
  • 2 bag Custard powder
  • 350 ml + 50 ml Milch
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 4 Kiwi fruit
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  1. Bring 1,450 ml of juice to the boil, mix 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder with 50 ml of juice, stir into the boiling liquid and stir for about 1 minute with a whisk, stirring constantly.
  2. Rinse small silicone molds or glasses or cups (approx. 250 ml content) with cold water. Distribute the pudding evenly in the molds and refrigerate for about 45 minutes.
  3. Bring 3,350 ml of milk to the boil, mix 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder with 50 ml of milk, stir into the boiling liquid and stir with a whisk for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cover the pudding with cling film and let cool a little. Stir the yoghurt into the cooled pudding and spread on the multivitamin pudding. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  4. Peel the kiwi, puree with a hand blender and add sugar to taste.
  5. Turn the pudding out of the molds or glasses and serve with the kiwi puree.
