Exotic Wok Pan with Carrots and Red Lentils
The perfect exotic wok pan with carrots and red lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the lenses:
- 100 g Lentils red
- 250 ml Broth
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
for the wok:
- 500 g Ground beef
- 3 tbsp Peanut oil
- 1 size Onion
- 350 g Carrots
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 pinch Pimento
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
- Cook the lentils in broth and vinegar al dente, this takes approx. 15 minutes
- Peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices. Peel and chop the onions, heat the oil in the wok and fry the carrots and onions in it
- add the minced meat and fry until brown
- add the lentils to the mince with the boiling water … season everything with cumin, allspice, salt and pepper. Stir well and fry for another 10 minutes
- Mix in the parsley, season again and serve with rice.
