Experts Tell us if Homemade Eggs are Healthy

Village eggs are good for baby food. But the minerals found in store-bought products should be consumed only by adults.

People think that rural products are of higher quality and healthier. But when it comes to eggs, this is not entirely true.

According to an expert from China, the only difference between home and store-bought eggs is the kind of food chickens eat – poultry eats freely whatever they find.

They eat various weeds, corn, and greens. Therefore, the taste of the eggs is only slightly different, but the difference is difficult to notice. It is noted that chickens on poultry farms eat special balanced feed, thanks to which eggs contain many minerals such as iron, magnesium, and calcium.

And rural products are characterized by a high content of cholesterol, keratin, and vitamin B2.

However, the expert says that the difference in taste is almost imperceptible, so you shouldn’t buy rural products with the idea that they are healthier. In addition, such eggs are usually more expensive, so buyers often overpay for nothing.

According to the expert, rural eggs are good for baby food. But the minerals found in store-bought products should be consumed only by adults.

Therefore, you should choose eggs based on the personal needs of your own body.
