Combine flour and egg in a bowl and mix with milk to form a batter. The amount of milk depends on how thin you want the batter. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the ingredients into small pieces. Heat the fat in a pan and add the batter along with the desired ingredients and the grated cheese. Cook, turning frequently, until golden brown and cooked through. Variations: delicious, for example, with bacon (briefly fried in a separate pan beforehand), onions, tomatoes, grated cheese. Or even vegetarian with bell peppers, mushrooms, corn, etc. The sky’s the limit. Anything your heart desires can end up in the exploded pancake. It’s also great for using up leftovers.
