Pancakes with ham, cheese, salami and onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 ml water
  • 120 ml milk
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 10 g butter, for frying the onions
  • 50 g ham, cut into small cubes
  • 50 g salami, cut into small cubes
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), cut into small cubes
  • 60 g margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 3 pancakes

Whisk the eggs with water and milk. Add the flour and salt and mix everything into a smooth batter. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and fry the diced onions until translucent. Add the onions to the batter. Stir the diced ham, salami, and Gouda cheese into the batter. For each pancake, heat about 20g of margarine in a pan and add about 2 ladles of batter. Once the batter has set, slide the pancake onto a plate, flip it back into the pan, and finish baking.
