One-pot rice with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g soup vegetables, frozen
  • 2 bags of long grain rice, 125 g each
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 tbsp herb cream cheese balance

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the cream cheese, in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. Once cooked, stir in the herb cream cheese and serve. Tip: The longer the stew simmers, the thicker it will become. Enjoy!
