Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, ready to bake, rolled up
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, alternatively sour cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 125 g ham, diced, mildly smoked
- some basil

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the crème fraîche on top. Then arrange the diced ham and finely chopped onion on top, and sprinkle with basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
