"Fake" Alsatian tarte flambée with puff pastry

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, ready to bake, rolled up
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, alternatively sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 125 g ham, diced, mildly smoked
  • some basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the crème fraîche on top. Then arrange the diced ham and finely chopped onion on top, and sprinkle with basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
