Onion and ham cake snack

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g dough (rolls, from the refrigerated section, e.g. Knack & Back)
  • 250 g cream cheese (with herbs)
  • 4 onions
  • 100g bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This little onion and ham cake snack is quick and easy to prepare. Remove the ready-made dough for the rolls from the package and portion them out. Flatten the dough pieces with your hand, pulling them apart slightly. This creates small flatbreads. Place these small flatbreads on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread a little more thickly with the herb cream cheese. Peel the onions, halve them, and cut them into thin half slices. Arrange the onion slices on the cream cheese. Dice the bacon and spread them on the onion slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until light brown (but not too long, so the flatbreads don’t become too dry).
