Hungarian flatbreads in a low-calorie style

For the batter, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks with the cream cheese and fold into the beaten egg whites. Drop two flatbreads onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the finished flatbreads. For the cream, mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic clove and top with ham, cheese, or leek, if desired. The calorie count varies depending on the topping. This recipe makes two hand-sized flatbreads for one person.
