Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 jar pickle(s), large jar
- 4 packs of gravy, dark
- 2 large onions
- 500 g pasta (spirelli)
- pepper
- Salt
- some cucumber juice
- possibly sauce thickener
- some water

Peel the onions, dice them finely, and fry them in a pan with the minced meat. Because they’re quick to prepare, you can put the noodles in a pot at the same time. Now dice all the cucumbers finely and add them to the minced meat with a little water and some of the cucumber juice. The minced meat and cucumbers should be covered with liquid. Bring everything to a boil, then stir in the gravy. Let everything simmer until the cucumbers are soft. If the gravy is still too runny, thicken with a little gravy thickener. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
