GDR recipe from the beautiful Grube Ferdinande

Place the minced meat in a bowl, season with caraway, salt, and pepper, and toss with the parsley. Bundle the sausages together and wrap them in the minced meat. Sear on all sides and place in a casserole dish. Chop the onions and garlic and add them to the mock badger along with the mushrooms. Then cover everything with passata, lecsó, beer, sugar, and water as needed. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C fan-assisted) for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and boil them for about 20 minutes.
