Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g butter, salted
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • n. B. Pepper, black
  • 20 large mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Then stir vigorously with a ladle until small peaks form. Finely chop the shallot or onion. Chop the parsley and add both to the butter. Press the garlic into the butter, season with black pepper, and mix everything well. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Fill the mushrooms with the butter and place in a gratin dish. Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Serve with baguette dipped in the melted butter.
