Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast fillet(s), fresh
  • 4 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 125 ml tomato sauce (possibly Italian ready-made sauce such as Napoli) or tomato paste
  • Seasoned salt
  • Herbs, Italian
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillets into fairly small pieces (season with meat or chicken seasoning to taste) and sear them vigorously in a wok in hot olive oil with the lid closed. If there’s too much liquid, simply remove the lid. Then add the roughly chopped bell peppers and close the lid. Stir several times, and after about 4 minutes, add the tomato sauce or paste. Stir in the finely crushed garlic clove and season generously with seasoned salt and herbs. Serve with white bread or other ingredients.
