- ½ can pineapple, chopped

Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
First, prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions (or use homemade pizza yeast dough). Leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes and season with a crushed garlic clove, the herbs, salt and pepper. Then refine the tomato pieces with a little sugar. Chop the salami and ham into small pieces and drain the can of pineapple. After 30 minutes, roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place in a baking dish approximately 30 cm x 45 cm. Then prick the dough evenly all over with a fork. Now distribute the tomatoes on the dough, sprinkle the corn on top and cover with salami and ham. Distribute the pineapple on top. Place the pizza in the preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) and pre-bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the cheese, return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot. Of course, you can also top your pizza with other ingredients like anchovies, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, tuna, chicken, gyros, cooked ham, spinach, etc. There are no limits to your imagination.
