Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
- 500 ml cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 can of tangerine(s)

You can easily bake it a few days in advance (cookie base), so no stress
Preheat oven to 175°C (150°C fan-assisted). Mix egg whites, hazelnuts, sugar, flour, and baking powder into a dough. Divide the mixture into 4 portions. Bake each portion in a 26cm springform pan for 15 minutes. 1. Divide the baked base into 12 cake slices. Melt the chocolate and spread it on the cake slices. Set aside to cool. Drain the mandarins. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Spread the cream between the 3 biscuit layers and also on the top layer. Now arrange the 12 cake slices like fans and place about 2-3 mandarin orange slices under each side so that the fans are slanted.
