Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g sour cream
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 4 spring onions
- 12 potatoes (early potatoes)
- 5 tomatoes
- 300 g cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and finely chop the spring onions. Mix the sour cream with the spring onions and bacon. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them, and cut lengthwise at intervals of approximately 3 mm. Spread the sour cream mixture into the cut potatoes. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Grate the Gouda cheese. Place the potatoes and tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60-70 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
