Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
- 40 g butter, soft
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the potatoes and quarter them lengthwise. Place the potato quarters between two cutting boards and cut approximately 2 mm deep into the quarters, but do not cut all the way through. Place the fanned-out potatoes in a gratin dish and season with salt and pepper. Spread approximately 5 g of butter on each potato. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes.
