- 3 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 6 piece Carrots
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 1 packet Nuremberg grilled sausages
- Salt and pepper
- Dried parsley leaf
- Vegetable broth
- 0,5 liter Milk or cream
- 1 teaspoon Strength
- Sear the sausages. Take out of the pan.
- Chop the onion and the rest of the vegetables and add them to the pan. Add a little oil or butter and sauté a little.
