Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) Fanta
- 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 2 bags of cream stiffener
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 13 hours
Sheet cake
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, and oil and stir. Gradually add the Fanta while stirring. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it out. Distribute the well-drained mandarins on top of the batter and then bake everything at 180°C for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven until golden brown. Once the cake is out of the oven, make a pudding from the remaining sugar, pudding powder, and milk. The cake can cool a little while longer. Spread the finished pudding on the cake and let everything cool down well. Tip: It’s best to do this the day before. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, stir in the vanilla sugar and sour cream, and spread it on the cold pudding. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
